The warranty period for products purchased from Arats is 24 months.

The warranty covers defects or damages resulting from manufacturing faults.

Warranty service includes the repair of product defects or damages identified during the warranty period.

Warranty service is completed within 3 business days.

All defects resulting from manufacturing faults and identified during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• If the warranty card is not presented
• If the warranty card has expired
• If the product has been repaired or an attempt has been made to repair it outside the authorized service center
• In case of external or internal mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage

Warranty service is available only at our service center. Delivery service is not included.
