Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the order, provided that the product remains in its original condition, has not been used, and is not damaged.

If the product is returned directly to our service center, only 1,000 AMD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the delivery cost, as free delivery applies only to completed purchases.

If the return is arranged through our delivery service, the deduction will be 2,000 AMD.

Exchanges are also available within 14 days, under the same conditions: the product must be unused and undamaged.

For exchanges, the delivery fee is 1,000 AMD.
